Article 1 – Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

  • Cooling-off period: The period during which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal.
  • Consumer: A natural person not acting in the exercise of a profession or business who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.
  • Day: Calendar day.
  • Ongoing transaction: A distance contract relating to a series of products and/or services, with the delivery and/or purchase obligation spread over time.
  • Durable data carrier: Any means that allows the consumer or entrepreneur to store information directed personally to them in a way that enables future consultation and unaltered reproduction of the stored information.
  • Right of withdrawal: The consumer’s ability to cancel the distance contract within the cooling-off period.
  • Entrepreneur: The natural or legal person offering products and/or services remotely to consumers.
  • Distance contract: A contract concluded within the framework of a system organized by the entrepreneur for the distance sale of products and/or services, whereby up to the conclusion of the contract exclusive use is made of one or more means of distance communication.
  • Means of distance communication: A method that can be used to conclude a contract without the consumer and entrepreneur being simultaneously present in the same space.
  • General Terms and Conditions: These General Terms and Conditions of the entrepreneur.

Article 3 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from the entrepreneur and every distance contract and order concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.

Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, it will be indicated before the distance contract is concluded that the terms and conditions can be inspected at the entrepreneur’s premises and will be sent free of charge upon the consumer’s request.

If the distance contract is concluded electronically, the text of these terms and conditions can also be made available electronically in such a way that it can be easily stored by the consumer.

Specific product or service terms apply only if they are more favorable to the consumer.


Article 4 – The Offer

  • Offers have a limited validity period if explicitly stated.
  • Offers are non-binding. Victoria London reserves the right to modify or adjust offers.
  • All images and descriptions of products are indicative and may differ.

Article 5 – The Contract
The contract is established at the moment of the consumer’s acceptance of the offer and the fulfillment of the associated conditions.


Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to cancel their purchase within 30 days without providing a reason.

The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.


Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
The costs of returns are entirely the consumer’s responsibility, including international returns to our suppliers.


Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made products.
  • Hygiene products where the seal has been broken.

Article 9 – Price
All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Any import duties and customs charges are the responsibility of the consumer.


Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty
Victoria London ensures that products comply with the agreement and legal requirements. Complaints must be reported in writing within 30 days of delivery.


Article 11 – Delivery and Execution
The entrepreneur delivers with the utmost care and strives for a delivery time of no more than 30 days unless otherwise agreed.


Article 12 – Ongoing Transactions: Duration, Termination, and Renewal

  • Consumers may terminate an indefinite contract at any time with a maximum notice period of one month.
  • Tacit renewal is not allowed unless for a short duration.

Article 13 – Payment
Payment must be made within the 7-day cooling-off period unless otherwise agreed.


Article 14 – Complaints Procedure
Complaints can be submitted via info@victoria-uk.com and will be handled within 30 days.


Article 15 – Disputes
These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by English law.
